After much flying ... and delays (at least you can always count on United for that) I arrived home to L.A. After more waiting for bags and more waiting for car stuff I finally found myself over at the Oak Street Ranch. I tell you what - those kids sho're know how to do up some BBQ. American BBQ & Italian wine - two great tastes that taste great together.
Afterwards, feeling the need to put my mind back in the right space I proceeded to spend the next hour driving. Not in traffic. Just driving around. Beverly Hills. Hollywood. Santa Monica. It's amazing the ground you can cover when it's late and there aren't too many others competing for lanes.
